There is nothing to "suspend judgement" about. Society has ALREADY judged it. It is, very simply, illegal.

And, you did not even address all the hypothetical boards that would be "about" topics that aren't (in most cases) even illegal - but yet clearly would result in highly questionable considerations. If IHub isn't going to support those legal activities, why should it support a "discussion" on something that is illegal?
