Yes, it does tell it all. If it was the action of whoever, how could anyone know if it was a flipper. But boring stocks help investors speculate over conspiracies of what is bringing pps down. I see now what we need is fippers that chase pps up then sell at loss to a buy and hold investor. Just a convenient way to think, not realistic
