IMO stock scams are tantamount to financial terrorism. The fraudsters should be everyone's enemy!

All assets and money should be frozen at the onset of an SEC / DOJ investigation just as the IRS can freeze all assets before any trial.

These hoodlums walk with fraudulently obtained money and that's so wrong!
