Sean, why would they care about dilution? The only thing that affects them is the lack of authorized shares, they have the same "preferences" of YA. Right now the "in-kind" payment is worth ZERO. But were there authorized shares, we would see paid pumping newsletters, paid posters and buckets of shares.
I am not sure they can vote at all, as prefered can not vote "in as converted" basis due to lack of authorized.
