Butters I usually agree with you but I have to respectfully disagree with your comment about being .14 without dilution. I think without the dilution we would be closer to .0014 The shares that were issued were issued to acquire the patent portfolio and bring on a world class board of directors. Without the patents we would be sub-penny even with an OS of 300M in my opinion. The shares were issued to enhance shareholder value and they did exactly that.

Not to mention that they are all restricted shares which will not be eligible to hit the float until the earliest mid 2014 assuming the company has not been sold by that point. And if the company is unsold by then, I still do not believe they will hit the float because the people received those shares know the worth of the technology and are not in it to sell for pennies per share. They are looking for dollars per share.
