Hello, my name is and I am a small business owner and paid firefighter in NY. I own 2.4 million shares of GZFX and I have recently purchased 17 gift certificates and 3 yearly subs for family members including myself. Could you please tell me what the reason was for the delay of the Circuit City rollout. I have been a staunch supporter of GZFX and I was extremely disappointed by yesterdays delay. I feel like i was blindsided and left in the dark since you did not tell the shareholders the reason for the delay. Also, when will we see this new website? I have been waiting for months? Why the delay on that also? And lastly, could you confirm this email below, its been posted on the IHUB message board and i want to make sure it is legitimate. Thank you very much for your time. PS I don't understand why you did not release the 110% subscriber increase through a pr. XM, SIRI and all other companies use prs to inform the market and shareholders. They do not use obscure stock websites to announce such important information.

We do not know what happened yesterday. It started out great and then it looks like the USA day traders did a large sell off.

Our large retailer requested that we extend the testing until March to enable them to better sell the product. GNF is geared up and ready to handle any retailer, so it was not us.

The program is going well and as reported yesterday by Mr. Gallent the membership is up and 2006 is looking great for GNF.
