corporate filings is definitely not my forte'.
When the company issues shares for debt, and the debt it cancelled, and shares
are returned to the treasury, they still exist don't they?
Are they still part of the O/S, or are they part of the difference
between the A/S and O/S??
I hope my question makes sense, but if not; PM me and I'll try to explain
my confusion a little better.
PS: I do know that when the company retires shares that are returned to
them, that the O/S drops. But what if they don't retire them?
