Yes you were right. But if you send an email to the company voicing your concern/wishes then they could possibly react in a way favorable to investors-like for instance knowing when it would be appropriate to issue an 8K or PR. I would, but I don't want to be the only investor sending emails-Lol!!
I think they might take shareholder concerns more seriously if more than one investor sends emails.
Why don't you give it a try? There are so many smart investors on this board-- you included-- I'm sure it wouldn't hurt for SVFC to hear from them.
