Yes. There are lots of things we as shareholders can do. Most of us have no time.
The most common one is that any one can request the company to show you how the funds borrowed were used or better yet, the financial activities of the company for the past years. They may not give it to you as requested....then you can take them to court. Another thing is to write each board members how you feel about the management of the company...etc.
This is a publicly traded company, not brother Victor's personal company. He have his personal company on the side.
