No fringe, I did not say we had to gear up for 300 million, I simply asked a couple of "what if" questions seeking information. The PM mention by me was to keep some clutter of of this board while people try to pound a thimble full of information into my pea sized brain. And, as far as problems with you are concerned they are built on such things as your very informative post in answer to my genuine question.
