XTC - I find that slow downloads, mislabeled files, files with glitches, and the newest music are problems with the existing free shares. The big label downloads are overpriced by an order of magnitude. I would pay for a quality, reliable, and low cost service to save my time.

I don't know how to make the pieces work to make money, but Job's might (or might not)
