my SO and i were talking about this just yesterday. our 9 month old daughter absolutely LOVES animals, especially dogs, and we were wondering if this is inherent to kids in general and they get screwed up by adults, or if there are kids who just naturally fear animals.

we take her to the off-leash park all the time, she sits there in her stroller, eyes like pizza pies, squealing in delight and flapping her arms as the doggies come up to give her a sniff.

when they keep sniffing we know it's time to change her nappy, lol.
