Serious questions for you systems people. What if you were updating a system. Had it ready to go. And the specs were then changed from having the ability to take care of 1 million subscribers to taking care of 3 million. Along with going from possibly a few to dozen active links to a capacity to handle a few hundred.

1. Would you be able to simply update the brand new system you had not yet went on-line with?

2. If so, how long would it take to have the servers constructed and how much time for programming?

3. When completed, how much time should be alloted to beta testing? Especially when processing confidential credit card information and other multi-company trade secrets.

4. How often during beta testing are bugs found and do they sometimes take a great deal of time to work out?
