i had to explain it on board,i wrote to him:

the email does not change the fact that papers were submitted to finra and name and symbol change are any day now

and the company has done that because they already sealed the so awaited acquisition of the uranium claims otherwise they would not bother changing name and symbol

if you read my DD you can see the new entity has a new CUSIP and that means it is in a final process before getting the new symbol


i have researched the name on the website and found the new CUSIP number for the new entity merging in NXHZ

issuer starts with " : NX CAP

and you will find NX CAP co share

and you press on it and the cusip number is there it is

it is happening ...reverse merger 100 million $ in Uranium coming in NXHZ $$$$ %%%


and my DD were pointing that those Uranium claims need deals to be processed

but those deals cannot pop directly with the merger ! it was understood by everyone that the co has to unveil the plan with the acquisition and then the deals

so if they are still negotiating a deal or two that does not mean that we will have to wait for the fireworks

cause when you trigger FINRA with papers and symbol change there is no comeback !

one more stuff about info on boards ,it does not matter how we get the info but how we use it

not every info should be posted because there are to many ignorant out like the ones who sold when they saw your post yesterday and it was leverage on a plate for some parties to entice those sellers

that is why info need to be managed on boards

there is basically nothing changed in the initial timetable with NXHZ

the game changer NEWS is new symbol and new name and the big uranium acquisition that will inject the big value in NXHZ

the deal or deals are in a later stage

we are still on target with the initial timetable
