I was just as surprised that they didn't buy ONXX for $50 when it dropped into the low $20s. However, at that time, ONXX hadn't won the legal battle over Stivarga. That ONXX victory meant that Bayer was giving away even more revenue to ONXX. When you add in the Carfilzomib, the reasons for Bayer not to buy ONXX aren't valid to a decision now.

I guess so. However, I am no lawyer but is there a loop-hole that would a company such as AZN to swoop in now?
