If it were me, I would. In fact, I've been recommending to people for the past couple months that they wait for dual core laptops. I suppose some people need a laptop right away, and obviously Pentium M is no worse of a choice now than it was a few days ago, but the much greater performance at equal battery life ought to make it a no-brainer for most people to go for Core Duo.
