At todays pps of $2.35 that would be a chunky 39% below BV.

The price today [$2.15] steepens the discount to make this now at 45% below BV.

I don't know if the bank is activley shopping itself but it has to be a target bank on someones acquisition shopping list for someone looking for instant growth.
