the worst thing about your scenario is that with a 'spin off', then we're stuck with our millions of shares of QBID/TMM...what good is THAT??

I completely expect a 1/1000 rs or spin off a new ticker into a clean shell...but unless a new CFO and REGULAR SEC FILINGS happens afterwards, it's a waste of time. MM's will take it RIGHT BACK DOWN.
