That article was full of false claims and was obviously a front for the shorts to step up their attack.
Anybody who listened to the last conference call heard NES talk about how excited they were to get this first HAL well going and expand that service to other shales. They even mentioned how that process would probably take MORE water.
So I have to ask myself this. The author ( or short shill who posted the article ) says this new HAL technology will reduce NES's revenues by 75%
" This cuts NES revenue generating opportunity by 75%! (p12) ".
So we are to believe NES is actively promoting a new service that will cut their income by 75%? I find that REALLY hard to believe.
The saddest part of this whole debacle is NES refuses to release news, refuses to fight these shorts and so it leaves them open for attack. Maybe the new CEO losing some $70 mill on his personal NES holdings today will wake them up and convince them to start keeping their investors informed.
Each and every one of you who contact the company going forward should stress how important it is to fight back instead of crawl in a hole and wait for next Q's good numbers to come out.
