That is only because Vista isn't out yet. If it is a Socket 939 motherboard, it likely has 4 DIMM sockets. And that allows for 4 gig. For the Vista beta, the minimum memory is 512 meg. Given the minimum for XP Pro is 128 meg., that seems to indicate >2 gig. is really going to be needed from keep it from swapping on anything but Notepad.
