Unfortunately it doesn't look any better than it did back in late December (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9010203). The RSI is still in a downward trend and PPS has actually broken down, out of the channel. There hasn't been much volume on the recent break down, so it may yet recover.

Without some news to create a need for someone to buy, I don't see much encouraging in the chart.

This is, of course, only my opinion. Sorry to be so negative, just trying to provide an honest opinion.
