You can't hold shorts on stocks under $1.00 overnight at Suretrader anymore. Even if they didn't have that rule I would still have to cover by tomorrow -- their clearing firm, ETC, almost invariably gives buy-ins on the third day after the trade. 20,000 of my 120k short shares are at ETC through Centerpoint Securities and I will have to cover them tomorrow. On the big spike day EKDKQ was easy to short there but it has not been shortable since.
