ANOTHER HUGE BLOW to the ASYI FRAUD BLOG creative writing team!

I was actually HANDED THIS DAMNING EVIDENCE by a TWITTER WHINER who tries to minimize the truth but he has done MONSTER DAMAGE to the scammers.

In a link that he tried pawning off as some kind of proof to the existence of a ASYI subsidiary he actually PROVED BOTH SUBSIDIARIES ARE GONE.

Read this quote from NY Times Business section.
It CLEARLY STATES the PRIVATE COMPANY that has been DOCUMENTED NUMEROUS TIMES, the PRIVATE COMPANY where all the old SCAM TEAM has disappeared to, the PRIVATE COMPANY that now has the jetEngine software suite was in itself a SUBSIDIARY OF AIS which IS THE SUBSIDIARY THAT AISystems has DIVESTED PER THE LAST SEC FILED 10Q!

Here it is! The TOTAL DESTRUCTION BOMB to the entire ASYI FRAUD BLOG FARCE

Lets break this down IN CONTEXT!

1) Note the PROPER NAME of AISystems Inc, this IS the PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY that has the ticker ASYI. This is the company that SHAREHOLDERS invested in. This is the company that used to file SEC DOCUMENTS

2)"negotiated licensing right" As I posted earlier this was negotiated with DYNAMIC who the FOUNDERS Johnson and Miller ARE PART OF so they negotiated in part WITH THEMSELVES and subsequently stole from shareholders when THEY DIDN'T RENEW the agreement

3)NO REVENUES! Just like the SEC DOCUMENTS STATE and NOT the FARCE numbers claimed by the ASYI FRAUD BLOG

4)"The company(AISytems Inc) divested it's subsidiary(NOT ONE OF!)"Airline Intelligence Systems Inc. (AIS)" Now pay close attention to the names here because THIS is where the FOUNDERS SCAM gets convoluted by the ASYI FRAUD BLOG creative writing team. This LONG NAME is similar BUT NOT THE SAME and easily confused with the parent company. "AISystems Inc" is the parent of the FORMER SUBSIDIARY "Airline Intelligence Systems Inc" the parent name is a shortened version. Get it? The two ARE NOT THE SAME but deceptive writing is intentionally interchanging the names.

5) THE BOMB here! "Its subsidiaries included Airline Intelligence Systems Corp." CORP! AS IN WHAT ALL THE LINKEDIN PROFILES SAY, even the bogus copy/paste ones LOL
When you read and understand that sequence it CLEARLY SAYS Airline Intelligence Systems Inc(THE subsidiary of AISytems Inc) then says IT'S SUBSIDIARY Airline Intelligence Systems Corp and this is where the whole scam team took shelter when they SCREWED ALL ASYI SHAREHOLDERS

SO! There's another FRAUD BLOG "DD" BUSTER. AISystems Inc HAD two subsidiaries. One of which was a subsidiary of the other. When AIS-Airline Intelligence Systems Inc was divested, PER THE 10Q, the other subsidiary Airline Intelligence Systems CORP went with it.

KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM and ASYI is dead. Nothing left but the DEBT FILLED SHELL smelling up the market.
