Buying the preferred next week. What is the highest PPS for this preferred? Where is the prospectus for the preferreds? Can't find it on http://quantumonline.com/. Still doing some DD on this one, but as I said I'm buying a few thousand shares next week to start. It appears they had some debt issues, but who hasn't.

Do you suggest buying the preferreds instead of the commons?

Thanks in advance. Anyone that can provide me some more information, I would appreciate it. I do see a lot of big institutions buying the commons.
