Understood Obit, and it is my opinion such language is used by the President as he postures to negotiate reform with the various democratic, and republican factions in a bipartisan fashion as well as maintaining an open mind to new ideas that he's actually called for by not endorsing any of the current bill proposals regarding Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.

On this basis, the NAACP has recently released a letter of praise in support of the President.
