The shareholders are responsible for their own actions, in buying into the SCAM despite clear warnings from the BASHERS (SPITY) and the history of LOCH/cdex.

But the SCAMSTERS cannot escape blame any more than a Rapist or a Mugger can escape blame for foul deeds done on people that have wandered into areas where they should have sense enough to stay away from.
