An R/S won't help as long as Frank "the share dispenser" Olsen is around. No one will trust him.

It'll bring the price up artificially and that will allow market makers to keep taking it down. Over time we'll end up in the same damn dungeon that we're in right now.

NO R/S until they get the financial picture in order and Frank changes his reckless ways.
