'Optimal Plastic'

1) What does JBI mean by 'optimal' plastic in their filings?
2) What drives the market value for this 'optimal' plastic? It is the primary reason the costs for the fuel are unsustainable.
3) Why can they not just accept the tons and tons of free plastic we hear about all the time?
4) What impact does this have on selling processors?

These are not academic questions because they go to the heart of why the processors lose money on every gallon produced. The cost of acquiring, pre-processing, and transporting the plastic makes this process commercially unsustainable.
