I have audited small companies and small does not necessarily mean the audit will go quickly. They can push the auditors, but the earliest the audit will be done is January 31. That is just the audit, there is than a lot to put together for the 10-K (including the document sitting with Lawyers for a week). Either way I don't see it out in January. Mid to Late feb at the earliest.
