OK then I'm certain that must the basis of at least one of the 7 lawsuits filed because book value of 80% of the commons would be way more than the bailout of which over 70% has already been returned.
Regardless, the government would not be motivated to exercise their warrants, and convert to commons unless a value substantially higher than the current PPS could be established. Obviously under that scenario the shares we own now would be very valuable.
