Unfortunately that's exact my thinking too... the volume he invested in commons compared to preferreds clearly shows:
Commons are a risk (or better: gamble) position and
Prefs are an investment with a higher probability
to Berkowitz.
But if he wins and commons are not destroyed I might invest some
$$$ in his fund... he's certainly a better investor than I am
