"I'm also convinced that the CW bill is bi-partisan effort to correct the tactical mistake (amendment) before any suit will destroy their plan. They know about the theft... and are now in a rush to patch the possible leak before it is opened by some suit. That's why it's bi-partisan effort!

As we all know it would be sufficient to tweak FnF (if not done already) a bit... but at all price they want to prevent money to get out. Let's face fact: They need to get rid of the shareholders but it's not that easy as they thoght it to be in 2008.

I'm still or again long because I hope that at least one of the suits can stop
them... probability is not high and currently reflected in pps. But in the improbable outcome that they cannot get rid of FnF we will be rewarded. But I'm also convinced that they will dilute by exercising their warrants. Theywant their piece of the cake too."
