Without dilution but take on DEBT?? Do a Google search and find out the cost of money for penny stocks. I've seen 14-18%. Almost as bad as a loan shark. Still no answer? WHY did the share price go UP?? "DUMPING" should have pushed it to my lowball bids at .0025. Oooops! Share price rose to .0037. "THINK LIKE A KRIMMINAL" and you will know what is going on.
