In this case we should be ok even if they are late until tomorrow due to a personal tragedy or an external audit by Malone Bailey being late.

As per the last 8-K there is going to be significant adjustments to the financials that had nothing to do with their abilities or cash on hand.

As for the personal tragedy, we hope all is better by tomorrow and everyone is ok.
