Very interesting news just posted:
Frank Reynolds resigns as CEO, new man appointed..
Either this was deemed necessary due to 'XYZ' re: board requirements for an uplisting OR it could be construed as something negative ofcourse when the founding CEO resigns.. I'm gonna go with the former..
