Porgie, I don't understand the advantages of non-traded mREITs.

You could have non-traded anything, say a chain of retail stores that would be sold off after say 10 years, and proceeds then distributed to the investors.

Sounds like higher fees (perhaps) and certainly less oversight. Certainly less liquidity. I don't trust mREITs that much; I certainly wouldn't trust a non-traded one.

What's your point about those Cole funds?
