Let's not lose sight of the ball here. No matter who says what to wag the dog nothing changes. You go to the race track. Your buoying tickets. Your watching the race on closed circuit TV (which is most like supplied by TelVue). You see the race is over. You know who the winner is. You have a fist full of winning tickets.
