Patton Boggs Can't Shake Defamation Suit From Mobile Ad Co.
Law360, Los Angeles (August 21, 2013, 10:56 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday kept alive a suit by mobile advertising company GetFugu Inc., finding that attorneys from Patton Boggs LLP may have defamed it with a press release related to an underlying patent and securities suit.
