Also keep in mind that bias can manifest in what facts or quoted opinions an author includes in an article, and those that are left out.

Exactly! This guy doesn't end his articles with "all praise
to AMD and all its holy products here on earth". Since this
is consistently absent Doug concludes he biased for Intel.
