Sure, accumulation may be going on, but, IMO more so from large count shareholders that dump a third of their holdings in the $1.20's and 'accumulate it back' at these levels. 150,000+ count shareholders dumping 50,000 shares in the $1.20's. Ya only need 4-5 players playing this game to see this pin action.
