This Co has done nothing to pursue any endeavor they boasted to generate interest ( vol to move shares). The Army Corp thing did what the Co wanted: made people go " ooh and Ahh" w out vetting what it actually meant.... Nothing. It was part of the fluff, as was the ginned up revenue numbers.
