Dysfunctionality runs my life. I'll like it here just fine and I'll keep an eye on all of you.......

About Mom adopting me, it may make more sense for me to be adopting her. You see I'm older than dirt (wasn't there recently a post on one of these boards that proved that to me?).... I remember all those things like coke bottles in the dispenser, the juke boxes on the cafe tables, etc.....

Maybe I can be the female Yoda or something. Let me practice... Okay how about this...."Carlos regarding your heating problem, GET IT FIXED, there is NO TRY, only DO or DO NOT." (Okay, so I know that it isn't even your responsibility to fix it, but never mind the details...)

It's sure easier telling others what to do with their lives and stuff, right? I mean, do you want to know if my furnace is fixed yet? I may not want to answer that question or I might lose my Yoda status very early in the game...

Anyway, thanks to all of you for the warm welcomes I've received. They warm up this chilly house of mine. Oh, just one more thing, if you want me to prove my dysfunctionality, ask me why my furnace hasn't been fixed and when am I going to get it done. No, wait!! Don't ask about that, I'll take the 5th....
