CombJelly, I agree with you and had a long discussion with Keith on this very issue. Neither one of us convinced the other.


Was this discussion WRT the laptop space or in general?
While it's possible that DC will be more of a feature in the desktop (and DT replacement) than in the 'real' notebook segment where lower-power is more important than numbercrunchability I dont think people will be very inclined to buy a 32 bit OS (nevermind the stuff under the hood) when they can get a 64 bit OS for the same price.
