I am not sure about that.....Plaintree is a Canadian company that trades on the Pink Sheets and is open to anyone to buy or sell in Canada on the CNX under NPT, or on the OTC as PTEEF. I fear this cease trade trumps everything until it is dropped. Did CIBC specifically say that the problem would be resolved if TransAKT lists on the NASDAQ? Even if they upgraded to the higher level of the OTC ( the QX level I think ) would be encouraging.
