Word out on correction

I think that everyone who follows the case was already expecting that a correction was going to be issued at some point. I did not think it was any big deal for the correction to be issued by the USPTO, but since the stock is up 27% for the day, it looks like a lot of other people did not expect a correction or were unaware it was in process.

To me it goes to show that Efficient Market Hypothesis may be wrong!
(i.e. that all available information is already priced into the stock by everyone)

P.S. I do not expect this run up will hold, that would only happen after the MSJ and Markman hearings are done and ruled on in WDDD favor.
