The entire staff makes only 45k? Aren't there supposed to be 12 employees? So what have those 30 million shares issued to the President gone toward? SNDY said in an official company PR that they were salary for employment contract renewal that were owed.

"the Company issued 30,000,000 shares of its common stock to the President of the Company for the renewal of his employment contract and recorded an expense of $300,000."
