i dont know exactly what he is calling for. in my opinion 950-990 satisfies the signal, but its not my signal so take it for what its worth. the time window is there cause markets dont always reverse to our schedule. he has gotten a few signals intraday but none at the clsoe. closing signals are better.
no offense but this is my last post trying to help others understand someone elses work. i suggest you read his updates in the future. i have seen (somewhere on marketswhing) the details of his signals,but i dont know how to find it.
