YES. Read their last PR. Also look at the friggin' chart. This thing has done nothing but drop from 10 bucks to 3.80 while many of the other REITs have rocketed in the last year. If you bought this at anything above 5, the dividend ain't gonna recoup the loss by a long shot. MAYBE if they have a Hail Mary PR SOON that shows they are compliant, there might be a good bounce.
