TEST of Break Out
Comments. My opinions:

(1) Break Outs do not work for trading (Hours to a few Days).IMHO.
(2) Traders should buy on test of Lows or below RED Line.
Zeev does this type of trading.
(3) Breaks Out may work on Longer moves (Days to a few Weeks)
