Re: dividend. This from the last PR--> TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 19, 2005 -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (Other OTC:FCDH.PK - News) today announced that it has changed the payable date of the stock dividend from the 21st of December to the 29th of December.

This means that any shareholder of record as of the 29th will be entitled to the stock dividend. The dividend consists of one (1) free common share of Suncrest Energy Inc. (Other OTC:SNYY.PK - News) for every six (6) shares of FCDH held on December 29, 2005. The NASD will be setting the ex-dividend date and informing the public and brokerage community at large.
